MSC008 – Whisky – Teil 1

Viel zu lange hat es gedauert bis diese Folge fertig wurde. Folge 7 war deshalb wieder eine literarischer Lückenfüller mit dem zweiten Teil von Johanna Schopenhauers “Reise durch England und Schottland”.

Das bisher umfangreichste und aufwendigste Thema ist heute dran: Schottischer Whisky! Und da das Thema wirklich sehr viele Facetten hat, kommt es auch in Rekordlänge. Heute erfahrt ihr im ersten Teil dieser Doppelfolge alles von der Geschichte über die Zutaten und die Herstellung bis zum Abschluss der Destillation. Im zweiten Teil geht es dann weiter mit Details zu Brennblasen, Abfüllung, Reifung, Lagerung, Whiskysorten und noch vielem mehr.
